Alyssa Boylin

Alyssa Boylin is the Property and Asset Manager, responsible for overseeing leases, compliance, and tenancies across the company’s commercial portfolio. Her role is focused on protecting the value of the assets, ensuring all decisions are consistent, lease-compliant, and in the long-term interest of the business.

Working across multiple sites, Alyssa manages lease matters, supports commercial decisions such as rent reviews and renewals, and ensures the portfolio remains up to date with all required compliance. She works closely with both operations and finance, setting clear direction while maintaining strong tenant relationships.

Alongside her role, Alyssa is completing a degree in Real Estate Management as part of her apprenticeship. This allows her to continue developing her knowledge and apply what she learns in a practical, hands on environment, as she works towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
