Wakefield Road Industrial Estate, Barnsley

Wakefield Road Industrial Estate, Barnsley

Our Wakefield road site has an interesting history, situated on one of the busiest roads in Barnsley, this site once housed a bus dismantling and servicing depot which in the 80’s built the tour bus for Margret Thatcher and her election campaign. When the owner of the site moved on to property development the site was broken up and sold in parts, which now form smaller business parks along Wakefield Road.

Our site is comprised of secure fenced yards lining the central road onto the site, at the rear of the site is a large compound which has recently been converted to a container storage yard facility.
