Shireoaks Business Centre, Worksop

Our Shireoaks workspaces and business units are located within the former offices of Shireoaks colliery in Worksop. After the closure of the colliery in 1997, Nottinghamshire County Council reclaimed the site and created 64 acres of green space and 12 acres of development land. The green space now comprises of woodland and a local nature reserve with walking paths along with a marina accessed via Chesterfield canal.

We offer to rent a number of business workspaces and units on our site, which is located at the end of this green space, close to the marina and nature reserve, but also within the bustling Shireoaks business and industrial area close to Worksop.
