In September 2022 we embarked on an exciting development to restore the historic Elephant & castle yard buildings, see link to our previous news article.

Following a series of delays, we are now excited to share our news that the site will soon be available for rent.

Scheduled for rollout in Summer 2024, the initial phase will see six of the hybrid business units becoming available to prospective tenants. These units are designed to offer flexible workspaces, combining elements of traditional office spaces with facilities conducive to a range of small business ventures. Equipped with modern amenities and tailored to accommodate the diverse needs of emerging businesses, these units present an attractive proposition for entrepreneurs looking to establish or expand their operations.

Furthermore, the remaining two units are expected to follow suit shortly after the initial phase, further enriching the entrepreneurial landscape of Wakefield. The inclusive design of these units reflects a concerted effort to support a wide range of business ventures, from hands on manufacturing businesses to creative studios to offices and everything in between.
